COC Drug Test

Cocaine urine drug test is a one step rapid immunoassay designed to identify the usage of cocaine by detecting its main metabolite benzoylecgonine in human urine at a cut-off concentration of 300 ng/ml. Cocaine is a potent central nervous system stimulant with a short biological half-life ( 0.5 to 2 hours). However, its main metabolite benzoylecgonine has a much longer biological half-life ( 5 to 8 hours), and can be generally detected for 12 to 72 hours after cocaine use. Cocaine urine drug tests are available as cassette and dipstick formats.
