The AMP urine drug test is a one step rapid immunoassay designed to detect
amphetamines in human urine at a cut-off concentration of 1000 ng/ml. The most common amphetamines are d-amphetamine
and d,l-amphetamine. Amphetamines are central nervous system stimulating drugs. They can be can detected in the
urine within three hours after use and remain detectable in the urine for 24-48 hours after the last
dose. AMP urine tests are available in cassette and dipstick formats.
